4. How It Works
The Amazon Ad Management module consists of two aggregated pages that work across stores and ad types:

4.1 All Portfolios
On the All Portfolios page, you can efficiently manage your portfolios with the following capabilities:
Filtering
You can apply filters to view portfolio-level performance charts and portfolio lists.
Filtering by ASIN is supported.
Data Visualization
You can analyze portfolio performance through multiple visual perspectives, including:

Performance trends

Advertising structure

Scatter plot insights
Create a Portfolio
Click Create Portfolio, fill in the required information, and complete the setup.
Bulk Actions
Supports bulk budget adjustments for portfolios within the same marketplace.
Additional Actions

Click a portfolio name to enter the portfolio details page

Click the campaign count to navigate to All Sponsored Ads and view all campaigns under the portfolio
4.2 All Sponsored Ads
4.2.1 Campaigns
On the All Sponsored Ads – Campaigns page, you can manage campaigns at scale.
Filtering
You can filter campaigns and view related performance charts and campaign lists.
Filtering by ASIN is supported.
Filters are categorized as inheritable and non-inheritable:

Inheritable filters can be pinned and retained when switching to lower-level tabs
-
Filters only inherit downward (e.g., Campaign → Ad Group), not upward
-
Hover over filter tags to view selected values
Data Visualization
Campaign performance can be analyzed through:

Trend charts

Advertising structure views

Scatter plot analysis
Create Campaign
Click Create Campaign, select the campaign type, complete the required fields, and submit.
Bulk Actions
Supported bulk operations include:

Add to portfolios or tags
-
Remove from portfolios

Add negative keywords or promoted products

Change campaign status (Enable / Pause / Archive)

Modify campaign settings (budget, bidding strategy, end date)

Add to managed groups or create a new managed group

Each action has specific conditions. Disabled actions will indicate the reason when hovered.

Keyword Summary
Click Summary View to analyze keyword performance across multiple stores.
You can drill down to view detailed records for each keyword.
4.2.4 Targeting – Product Targeting
On the Targeting – Product Targeting page, you can:

Filter product targeting records

Perform bulk actions such as status updates, bid changes, and tagging

Quickly view related search terms
Product Targeting Summary
Click Summary View to analyze aggregated performance across stores and drill down into product- or category-level details.
4.2.5 Negative Keywords
On the Negative Keywords page, you can:

Filter negative keywords (ASIN filtering supported)

Add negative keywords by selecting match type and target campaigns

Perform bulk actions such as Enable, Pause, Archive, Copy, and Tag
Bulk copy allows you to apply negative keywords to other campaigns or ad groups.
4.2.6 Promoted Products
On the Promoted Products page, you can:

Filter promoted products

Add promoted products to selected ad groups
Promoted products are added only to campaigns within their corresponding store.

4.2.8 Operation Logs
Filter conditions from other pages can be inherited into Operation Logs, and additional filters can be applied.
