5. FAQ
1. Why is there no data for keyword recommendations from a certain source?
- Sources may lack data due to various conditions related to the selected ASIN:
- High CVR Keywords: No SP ads delivered or no orders from search terms in the last 30 days.
- Competitors High Frequency: Absence of competing product recommendation data or scattered high-frequency words.
- Amazon Brand Analytics Report: Lack of strongly related keywords in the ABA search term report.
- Root Keywords Extension: No search terms generated or too few terms for valid root extraction in the last 60 days.
2. Why can't the date selection change the chart data?
- Recommended keywords, ABA ranking, and chart data are based on a fixed cycle and cannot be altered by changing the date selection on the page. Date selection affects only the display of advertising performance indicators.
3. Can keywords be added to multiple ads in bulk?
- Yes, after selecting multiple keywords, you can apply various operations like targeting, negative targeting, campaign creation, and ad group creation in bulk.
4. Why do some keywords lack historical trend data in their ABA rankings?
- If a keyword is newly added to the recommended report and was not previously tracked, it will not have historical ABA ranking data.
5. Why are some keywords not displaying performance data?
- Performance data for keywords is only displayed if the keyword has generated advertising effectiveness data in SP or SB ads. This can be verified by the number of SP and SB ads that have been placed for that keyword.
