When connecting a Walmart seller account to Xnurta, API authorization is required to complete tasks such as data synchronization, enabling you to create, edit, and view your ad campaigns on Xnurta. The ad data can be synced for up to 90 days prior to the authorization date.
Step 1: Add API Partner on Walmart Ad Center

Log in to Walmart Ad Center and add Xnurta to the list in the API Partner module on the Admin Management page.
- Add "SparkX" to new authorization
- Select "Write access" as the authorization type and click "Add" to complete the authorization.

Step 2: Obtain Advertiser ID
There are two ways to obtain your Advertiser ID.
- Log in to Walmart Ad Center, go to the Admin Management homepage, and the number under 'Advertiser Id' is your Advertiser ID.
- Log in to Walmart Ad Center, select 'Reports' from the left navigation menu, then choose 'Advertiser.' Your Advertiser ID is the numeric portion at the end of the URL: https://advertising.walmart.com/view/report/advertiser/xxxxx.
Step 3 Connect your Walmart store on Xnurta
- Log in to Xnurta, click the Walmart section from the left menu bar, click on your avatar in the upper right corner, and select 'Authorization' to enter the authorization management interface.
- Click 'Walmart' to access Walmart authorization and click '+Connect Walmart Store.'

Enter the store name, Advertiser ID, site, and the main account within the Xnurta system, then click "done."
Step 4: Confirm Authorization Status
After the system verifies the authorization is successful, if the status shows "Authorized," it means the authorization was successful, and you can start viewing your Walmart ad data in Xnurta and create, edit your ads.
FAQ
1. Why does the ad API authorization status show as 'Authorization Failed'?
If the ad API authorization status shows 'Authorization Failed,' please go back to Walmart Ad Center and check whether 'SparkX' has been added as your API Partner and that the Advertiser ID is correctly filled in.
If there is an error in the entry, click
and reauthorize.
If the information is correct but the status is still "Authorization Failed," it may be due to a limitation in the Walmart authorization interface. Please click the "Retry" button, then click "Complete" and wait a moment.
2. How many days does it take to synchronise the data?
Generally, it takes 1-2 days to complete the data synchronisation. If there is any abnormal data synchronisation after authorization, please contact your Customer Success Manager for assistance.
3. How many days does Xnurta support to sync the past data after the authorisation is completed?
After completing the authorisation, you will get 90 days of historical advertisement data for all advertisement types (SP, SB, SV).
