4. How to use
4.1. Where to view AI Notifications
1. You can view the number of notifications of each type on the Xnurta dashboard homepage.

2. You can view specific items on the AI Notifications landing page in the AI Copilot. You can also modify the filter criteria to quickly find the products or campaigns you're interested in, and we also support list view.

3. You can view multiple associated notifications on the campaign details page.

4.2. How to manage and configure custom Notifications
1. On the Xnurta Preferences page, you can view all configured custom notifications and perform actions such as create, delete, duplicate, edit, enable/disable, as well as control notification channels including Email, WeCom, and Slack.

2. Use the title and description fields to distinguish each notification. You can customize the notification frequency. Currently supported options include:
- A fixed time on a specific day of every month or every week
- A fixed time every day
- Every 6 hours or every 12 hours

3. You can configure the notification dimension, which determines how data is aggregated and reported. For example, in Ad Management you may view and analyze campaign performance by keyword, product, or other perspectives — the same logic applies to notification dimensions.

4. Within each dimension, you can freely apply filters to define “what data should trigger a notification under what conditions.” In some cases, you also need to set a data lookback window. Additionally, we support excluding data from specific dates to ensure attribution accuracy (commonly needed due to delays in external data sources).

5. In the Notification Channels module, you can add, delete, or edit specific recipients for Email, WeCom, and Slack. For detailed configuration of WeCom and Slack integrations, please refer to the sections below.
