Upgraded of AI Managed Campaign Page

 

Overview 

The upgraded AI-managed campaigns page now includes performance optimizations and exciting new functionalities. For the time being, it is temporarily hosted on a separate page. Please continue using the old page to manage DSP campaigns until the platforms are fully merged. Here are the key feature highlights.

  • Cross-Profile and Multi-Ad Type Management allows you to view and manage all stores and SP/SB/SD-type managed groups in one list, making it easier to track and optimize multiple campaigns.
  • Our support for All Managed Group Dimensions Data includes filterable time windows, custom comparisons, and trend graphs, enabling more informed decision-making and comprehensive performance analysis. Additionally, features like improved filtering, custom columns, and sorting offer greater flexibility to tailor your view.
  • Performance Enhancements address previous slow load times, ensuring faster access to large data sets.
  • Functionality Improvements such as bulk ad campaign management, promotion status display, and quick-edit entries make managing and optimizing campaigns quicker and more efficient. These updates are designed to give you greater control and flexibility, ultimately saving time and boosting campaign performance.

1. Cross-Profile and Multi-Ad Type Management

Similar to the All Sponsored Ads page, you can now select multiple stores and view your AI-managed campaigns across different ad types along with their performance.

 

2. Custom Time Selection and Managed Group Data Display

With newly added time selector, you can explore all data dimensions of managed groups, customize comparison periods, and access daily, weekly, or monthly trend charts. 

 

Additionally, you can customize columns and sort them in ascending or descending order.

 

 

3. Quick Filtering to a Specific Managed Group

You can filter by both target ACOS and actual ACOS to quickly locate the managed groups that need your attention.
The time window in the top right corner, along with additional filters for the first or last enabling of the AI, helps pinpoint the key groups to monitor.

After selecting a specific managed group, you can view its data performance graph directly on the same page.

 

4. Additional Fields

  • Target comleted campaigns: To display the number of campaigns that achieved the target ACOS and the total number of campaigns in the group.

  • Duration of last AI launch (days): Granularity is "daily"; any period less than one day is counted as one day.

 

5. Quick Campaign Modification

  • You can edit AI targets, target ACOS, and AI personality directly in the list row.
  • When modifying campaigns within a managed group, you can add or remove campaigns simultaneously. 

  • Show status of promoted products in active campaigns within a managed group.

6. Bulk Operation

  • Supported ad types have been added next to each AI action space modification as additional information.

  • Please note that target ACOS changes will only apply to enabled managed groups. If you bulk select disabled managed groups, the changes will not be applied successfully.

7. Managed groups Creation change

  • A managed group now requires you to first select a profile. Additionally, we’ve optimized the creation process by adopting a drawer-style layout, allowing you to complete all actions on the same page.

  • When adding ad campaigns to managed group, you can also filter by campaign label, campaign status, and different product dimensions

 

Note: The number of campaigns in each managed group should not exceed 1,000. If you exceed this limit, it is recommended to split the managed group.

             

 

FAQ

What is the difference between the upgraded AI-managed campaigns and the previous version, and which one should I use?

The upgraded version includes all the features of the previous version, along with performance optimizations and additional new functionalities. Xnurta will continue to develop and enhance the upgraded version, making it the recommended option.

Please note that the old version will be retired by the end of this year.
