You can view the latest update time of business reports and advertising reports here, and manually update longer-term advertising data and basic product information here.
2. Usage scenarios
a. Check the latest time of data synchronization to provide you with timely reference for advertising optimization.
b. Perform manual data updates when the title, image, and ad eligibility status of the basic product are not updated in a timely manner or are missing.
c. Manually add or update bundle product information that cannot be automatically obtained from the Amazon API
3. Conditions of use
a. Product sales business report updates are only applicable to stores authorized by SP-API (Sales Partner API).
b. The update time and manual synchronization of advertising data apply to all stores.
c. Manual synchronization of basic products is applicable to all stores
d. Manual synchronization of bundle products is only applicable to Seller stores authorized by SP-API.

4. How to use
a. Enter page
After entering the page, click the synchronization icon in the upper right corner to enter the data synchronization page.
If you log in again for a long time, the upper right corner of the page will prompt that the data is being updated. Click to view the details to enter the synchronization page.
b. Overview of recent data syncs
1. The page displays the latest data synchronization time of the store selected in the upper right corner, including the latest synchronization time of the product center’s business report and each dimension report of advertising data.
2. This time display is converted based on the time zone selected in the upper right corner of the page. Please pay attention to the time zone if you select several stores of different countries.
Note that the update time is not the time when the data is updated to the Xnurta system, but the time when Xnurta obtains the Amazon platform data.
For example: Xnurta requests report data from Amazon at 10 am, Amazon returns the data at 10:20, and Xnurta completes data processing and display at 10:30, then the synchronization time will be displayed as 10:20.
c. Manually sync advertising data
Users can manually synchronize the data of each dimension of Spronsored products and Sponsored display in the past 30 days. The manually synchronize of Sponsored brands will be launched soon.
The data within the advertising attribution period is updated by hour. The 90-day historical data of Spronsored products and the 60-day historical data of Sponsored display are guaranteed to be synchronized once a day.
If the customer has more urgent historical data synchronization needs, manual pull can be performed. The estimated waiting time is a reference value.
d. Manually sync basic product information
1. Due to Amazon Ads-API limitations, the auto synchronization of basic information of products (including product titles, pictures, advertising eligiblity status, inventory status, etc.) may have data delays or omission. Customers can manually update the basic information of these ASINs by entering the ASIN code and creating the manual sync task.
2. Bundle products in Seller stores cannot be automatically obtained through Amazon's existing API. If customers need to pull or update bundle product information, they can manually enter the ASIN code to update. This function is only available for Seller stores that have been authorized by SP-API.
If there are any updates to the Amazon API that allow bundle products to be automatically obtained, we will make additional adaptations.
3. Manually synchronized ASINs can be viewed in the details. If there are ASINs that cannot abtain data among these ASINs, they will be skipped.
Reasons for data obtian failure may include:
1. You have selected the wrong store or entered the wrong ASIN, causing Amazon to be unable to find these ASINs in the store.
2. ASIN does not exist or is unavailable.
Note: In order to avoid invalid repeated updates, only one manual update task can be created per day for the same data dimension in the same store.
For example, the targets sync task for the last 30 days for store A and B has been created. When the you creat another task and choose dimensions of campaign and targets and time range of last 30 days, the task cannot be created.
5. FAQ
How to check Xnurta data and background data?
Xnurta advertising data can be checked with the corresponding dimension data in the Amazon Campaign Manager (for example, the campaign dimension corresponds to the campaign dimension, and the keyword dimension corresponds to the keyword dimension. It is not recommended to compare data between different dimensions). During the attribution period, it may be due to Data delays lead to small differences, and historical data beyond the attribution period are consistent with the advertising backend data source.
The historical sales data in the product center can be compared with the business report in the Amazon Seller Central (Menu-Reports-Business Reports-By ASIN). The data for the past 30 days is updated daily. The historical data for more than 30 days will no longer be updated. If there are still returns for historical orders, it may cause differences in data between the system and the Amazon Seller Central.
The Total Sales and Total Units in the past two days come from the Amazon real-time API, and may be different from the Sales Snapshot in the Amazon Seller Central.
