3. Core Functions & Operation Guide
Access the batch creation entry
Log in to the Xnurta platform, enter the AI Managed page, click the [Batch create managed groups] button, and a "Batch create managed groups" pop-up window will appear.
Download the standardized template
Click [Download Template] in the pop-up window to obtain the system-preset Excel template (the template is marked with field filling rules and examples to avoid format errors).
Fill in the template in accordance with rules
Open the template and fill in each field based on actual needs (see Section 4. Template Field Filling Rules (Including Verification & Failure Reasons) for specific field rules). The template performs built-in verification (e.g., value range, option restrictions) during filling.
Upload the Excel spreadsheet
Drag and drop the completed Excel file to the upload area in the pop-up window, or click [+] to select a local file for upload.
During the upload process, you can click [Delete] to interrupt the operation. If the file format (only .xlsx/.xls supported) or size (≤10MB) does not meet requirements, the frontend will display a toast notification for the error.
System verification & upload
After uploading, the system first performs spreadsheet content verification (e.g., whether fields are empty, whether IDs exist). Once verification is passed, click [Upload] to initiate batch creation.
If the spreadsheet content does not meet requirements (e.g., duplicate managed group names, invalid Profile IDs), Xnurta will notify users of detailed failure reasons via the Message Center.
Check the creation result
After creation is completed, the system will send a result notification to the submitter’s Message Center and registered email, including the creation success/failure status and details of each managed group.

2. SD managed groups only support "Budget Reallocation" and "Keyword/ASIN Mining"
3. If unsupported action spaces are checked, the system will automatically set them to disabled
|
No valid action space is checked
|
4.2 Explanation of Special Rules
ACoS Value Processing: Regardless of whether "%" is included when filling in (e.g., 15 or 15%), the system will process it as a "value with %" by default (i.e., 15%). There is no need to add "%" repeatedly.
Automatic Adaptation of Action Space: If you check action spaces not supported by the current ad type (SB/SD), the system will automatically uncheck them; no manual modification is required.
Creation Quantity Limit: A single user can create a maximum of 500 managed groups at a time. If the spreadsheet contains more than 500 entries, only the first 500 will be submitted for creation, and the excess entries will fail. The reason for failure will be marked as: "A maximum of 500 managed groups can be created at a time; excess entries will fail. Please operate in batches."
5. Result Notification & Troubleshooting
5.1 Message Center & Email Notification
5.2 Common Failure Scenarios & Solutions
Failure Scenario
|
Possible Causes
|
Solutions
|
"Format Error" prompt after spreadsheet upload
|
1. File format is not .xlsx/.xls
2. File size exceeds 10MB
|
1. Save the file as .xlsx/.xls format
2. Split the spreadsheet to ensure a single file size ≤10MB
|
Managed Group Name Verification Failure
|
1. Empty name
2. Name length exceeds 200 characters
3. Duplicate name with an existing managed group
|
1. Fill in the missing name
2. Shorten the name to within 200 characters
3. Modify the name (add a serial number for differentiation, e.g., "Sales Group-01")
|
Campaign ID Association Failure
|
1. ID does not exist or has an incorrect format
2. ID is already in another managed group/budget group
3. Quantity exceeds 1000
|
1. Verify the correctness of the ID; separate multiple IDs with English commas
2. Remove the already associated ID and replace it with an unassociated ID
3. Split the spreadsheet to ensure the number of IDs uploaded at a time ≤1000
|
AI Personality Selection Failure
|
Selected 1 or 2 when the promotion objective is "Promotion sales boots"
|
Change the AI Personality to 3, 4, or 5

6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: Can I customize the field order when filling out the template?
Q2: If some managed groups are successfully created and others fail after upload, do I need to re-upload all data?
Q3: After successful creation, can I modify the AI Action Space or Target KPI of a managed group?
Q4: If multiple users create managed groups in batches at the same time, will there be duplicate names?
Q5: How to find the profile ID?
Q6: Why is there no budget input field for managed groups in the template?
Placing managed group budgets in the template would pose the following risks:
① According to the budget allocation rules for managed groups: The budget set for a single managed group will be allocated based on the current budget ratio of the ad campaigns within that group. If the budget is set improperly, it may trigger the upper and lower budget limits of existing ad campaigns, resulting in abnormal ad campaign delivery status.
② Changing budgets also involves the process of synchronizing to Amazon. When bulk updates are sent simultaneously, a large volume of processing can lead to significant risks (such as delivery blockages, delivery failures, etc.). Therefore, it is not recommended to confirm managed group budgets through bulk upload templates.
Based on the above reasons, it is recommended that after creating managed groups in bulk, you proceed to set them in batches within AI Management.
