Date Range

You can select from this week, last week, this month, last month, the last several days, and custom.

When selecting this week or last week, you can choose the starting date of the week is Monday or Sunday
When choosing custom, you need to manually select a date range, which will not be calculated based on today.

When selecting Product Center Report-Vendor, the data selection time will default to excluding the past 4 days. For example:

  1. Today is November 30th. When selecting [this month], the data range will be 11.1-11.26, totaling 26 days, with a sequential comparison period of 10.6-10.31
  2. Today is November 30th. When selecting the next 30 days, the data range will be 10.28-11.26, totaling 30 days, with a sequential comparison period of 9.28-10.27

Due to the limited amount of data supported, the date range supported by each report varies.

When selecting different country profiles, only USD selection is supported.

[New] Download Settings:

  1. Download format: You can choose to download in xlsx or csv format
  2. File splitting method:
    1. You can choose to merge all selected stores in this report into one file to generate a report, or split files by store.
    2. Splitting files will generate independent report files for each of your stores, and all files will be packaged into compressed files.
    3. When you select too many stores, the report generation may fail due to the large amount of data merged into one file. In this case, it is recommended that you choose to split the files by store.
  3. Scheduled type: You can choose to generate recurring reports on a specified daily, weekly, or monthly frequency, or generate a one-time report at a specified time. You can also choose now, and the system will immediately generate a report for you.
  4. Report sending method: You can choose to send the report to email and fill in the email addresses you wish to send it to below. You can also choose to download only on the page, and you can download the report in the push history of the custom report.

Click [Save and enable report] to complete the creation process.

The created reports will be displayed in the report list, where you can perform bulk operations on report templates. This includes bulk enabling, pausing, deleting, changing schedule type and push email settings.

Other available operations include:

Edit Report: You can change the basic settings of the report template.

View the historical records of the report: When downloading fails, support for refreshing data and re-downloading is available. This will generate a new record.

Copy Report Template.

  1. Each login account can support a maximum of 10 concurrently enabled report templates.
  1. The main account can view reports created by sub-accounts but cannot edit or delete them. Sub-accounts can only view the reports they have set up.

5. FAQ

Can the time range of the report be extended?

Currently, when the data volume exceeds 300,000 records, the report may fail to send. If you have a longer time range requirement, you can consider splitting reports by store, selecting fewer stores, or adding some filtering criteria to control the data volume of each file.
