AI Filter: Filter Ads with a Single Sentence

1. Overview

AI Filter (Smart Filter / AI Filter) lets you “filter ads with one sentence.”
Just describe what you want in natural language (e.g., Spend, Sales, ACOS, Status, Product), and the system will automatically convert your request into filter conditions and sorting, then show results immediately.

The generated filters are displayed as visual tags (including AND/OR and parentheses) so you can easily understand, edit, and reuse them.

It helps you:

  • Use fewer dropdown filters and quickly find problem ads / opportunity ads

  • Filter using business-friendly language (e.g., “high spend but low conversion in the last 14 days”)

  • Save common conditions as Filter Groups and reuse them in one click

2. How It Works

2.1 Entry & Basic Flow

Open AI Filter

  • On the ad list page, click “AI Filter (Smart Filter)” at the top to enter AI filtering mode.

Enter your request (natural language)

  • Type one sentence describing what you want to filter, then press Enter or click Confirm.

  • For best results, include: Time range + metric conditions + status/type + sorting (optional).

Examples:

  • “Enabled ads with spend over $300 and conversion rate below 20% in the last 30 days, sort by ACOS high to low”

  • “Ads with sales > 500 or orders > 20 in the last 14 days”

  • “Ads with ACOS below 25% in the last 7 days, sort by sales high to low”

Review results & filter tags

  • After submitting, the system shows the parsed filters as tags: Field + Operator + Value, with AND/OR + parentheses to show the logic.

  • The ad list will refresh immediately based on those filters.

2.2 Fine-Tune Your Results

You don’t need to rewrite the whole sentence every time. Common ways to adjust:

A. Remove a condition

  • Click the × on a filter tag to remove it. Results refresh instantly.

B. Edit AI filter tags

  • Click the operator or value on a filter tag to edit it. Results refresh instantly.

C. Add quick filters on top of AI results

  • In AI filtering mode, you can still use the page search bar and some standard filters for a second layer of filtering (logic is AND).

  • Example: Use AI Filter to find “high spend but low conversion in the last 14 days,” then search a specific campaign name to narrow further.

D. Submit a new natural-language request

  • If you want to change the logic, time range, or overall approach, edit the sentence and submit again. The system will generate a new set of filters.

2.3 Save & Reuse (Filter Groups + History)

A. Save as a Filter Group (recommended)

  • After you get a useful set of filters, click “Save Filter”, name it, and save it as a Filter Group.

  • Next time, select it from Filter Groups to reuse in one click.

B. Use search history

  • The system stores the last 10 successful natural-language filter requests.

  • You can open the history dropdown and reuse a past query with one click.

2.4 Tips & Notes

  • AI Filter currently supports Filter Conditions + Sorting only. It does not support adding columns, Group By, or aggregated analysis.

  • The maximum time range is 365 days. If you exceed it, the system will ask you to shorten the range.

  • If you see “Field not supported / Operation not supported / Request timed out”, try:

    • Fewer conditions

    • Fewer OR statements

    • A shorter time range

    • More specific wording

  • AI Filter has a usage limit. If you hit the limit, please use standard filters to complete your task.
