1. Introduction
When there are multiple operators in your operation team who want to use Xnurta at the same time, you can invite team members to jointly manage the store's delivery goals by adding sub-accounts. Users of the main account can assign different functional permissions and store management permissions to sub-account members according to their needs.
2. Preparation before adding sub-accounts
The main account needs to complete the authorization of store permissions on Xnurta before it can allocate permissions and stores to sub-accounts.
3. How to add sub-accounts to the main account?
After the main account user logs in to Xnurta, click the profile photo in the upper right corner, and then click Account Management.
Account management is divided into two parts:
Account information, this is the place to view and modify the basic information filled in when registering for the account. It includes username, mobile phone number, email address, and company name. Click the edit icon to modify the above information. The page also displays the account status. Please pay attention to the valid date of the account. After the account expires, the system will no longer provide data updates.
Sub-account management, where you can view all sub-account information under the current main account, and create, modify, or delete sub-accounts.
Create a new sub-account
Click the "+ New Sub-Account" button in Account Management.
Fill in the relevant information including: name, email address, mobile phone number, password; note that the email address is the account logged in by the sub-account.
Assign functional permissions to sub-accounts: The permission list includes the permissions owned by the main account, and sub-accounts can be configured with permissions according to their needs.
Allocate store resources for sub-accounts: The resource list includes authorized stores in the main account, and sub-accounts can be allocated according to needs.
Manage sub-accounts
In the sub-account management list, all sub-accounts and related information in the main account are listed. In the operation bar, the main account can edit information or delete accounts for sub-accounts.
