Entry point: Walmart - [Rule-based Automation].
3.Instructions for Use
3.1. Creating Rule-based Automation:
- Select Bid Dayparting Rule:
-
Set bid multipliers based on time periods by week. Click on a specific time period or select multiple time slots to set the multiplier. If no multiplier is set, the default bid multiplier is 1.
Step 1: Use the mouse to select the time periods.
Step 2: Set the bid multiplier.
Step 3: After setting, view the multiplier for each time period. A multiplier greater than 1 indicates it is above the base bid, and below 1 indicates it is below the base bid.
3.2. Submit to Create Rule:
-
After submitting, the rule is successfully created and can be associated with ad campaigns. It supports toggling the application of the rule to ad campaigns.
-
Associating the rule with an ad campaign means that all targeting types under the campaign will have the rule applied, with the rule being enabled by default.
Toggle Control:
-
Single Toggle
-
Batch Toggle
Editing/Copying/Deleting Rules:
-
Created rules can be edited, including the rule name and bid multipliers. Once confirmed, the new rule will take effect at the next whole hour. If a rule is deleted, the associated ad campaign will no longer execute that automation rule.
