[New] Data Hub: Export Your Data to Destinations

Latest update: 09/03/2025

1. Function Introduction

The Data Hub feature helps users automatically generate files from Xnurta’s global internal data according to predefined rules, and periodically deliver them to enterprise internal systems or storage locations.

For example, an operations team may need the latest market insight reports every morning to update BI dashboards, or a technical team may need to regularly load global data into a data warehouse for analysis—Data Hub enables this automation without repeated manual exports, ensuring that internal systems and dashboards always use up-to-date data.

2. Use Cases

When an enterprise needs to integrate platform-wide data into its internal databases, BI dashboards, or data warehouses, Data Hub can automate the transfer.

Data Hub runs on a predefined schedule, avoiding frequent manual exports, processing, and uploads. It also provides log tracking and automatic retries on failure, ensuring stable data transfers while minimizing omissions or errors.

3. Prerequisites

Users must apply to their Customer Success Manager for Advanced Reporting – Data Hub access permissions.

4. How to Use

It is recommended that both the technical department and the operations team collaborate on Data Hub configuration to ensure that the tasks both meet business objectives and can be smoothly implemented.

● Operations team: defines the type of data needed (e.g., report source), time range, and business application scenarios.

● Technical department: selects file formats, configures target storage paths, sets access permissions, and performs connection testing.

This division of responsibilities helps prevent incomplete configurations or unavailable data, ensuring that the exported data both meets business requirements and can be consumed by internal systems.

4.1 Creating a Task

1.  Click Create data task

2.  Select the data range: choose the data source of the data asset and related parameters (such as dashboard, report) to confirm data range. Bulk creation is supported within single data source.

3.  Configure aggregation dimension (daily/weekly/monthly, depending on data asset characteristics), task frequency (recurring/one-time), and execution time.

4.  Set the integration method: choose the target location and file format (recommended for the technical department to configure).

5.  Enter storage information and click “Test Connection” to verify availability (recommended for the technical department to configure).

6.  Submit the task. The system will automatically create records and start execution.

4.2 Managing Tasks

● Task List: displays all tasks with options to search, filter, enable/disable, edit, and delete.

● Logs: shows full execution history, including time, file size, status, and error reasons.

● Automatic Retry: failed tasks are automatically retried up to 3 times, with detailed logs retained for troubleshooting.

5. Supported Data Scope and Storage

(This section will be updated as features expand)

● Supported data range: Custom Dashboards, Market Insights, AMC Customized Models - Cross-product Association, Time to Conversion, Customer Lifetime Value, New-to-brand Analysis

● Supported target storage: Amazon S3

● Supported file format: CSV

Q4: Can sub-accounts operate Data Hub?

A: Sub-accounts can only view tasks under their own account. Main accounts have full permissions.

Q5: Can historical data be exported?

A: Data Hub supports exporting historical data. Please refer to Developer Guide section 8 for details.

Q6: Is the data transfer method secure and reliable?

A: Data Hub uses HTTPS/TLS encrypted transmission combined with Amazon S3 default encryption to ensure end-to-end security from transfer to storage.
