1.  Feature Introduction

This feature helps users create an AMC instance through 3 simple steps: selecting the AMC account, naming the AMC instance, and connecting advertisers to the AMC instance.

 

2.  Use Cases

Use case1: Use your own AMC account to create an AMC instance.

When you already have your own AMC account and have authorized it to Xnurta, this feature allows you to create AMC instances under your specified AMC account (including your own AMC account and the AMC account of Xnurta).

Use case2: Use the AMC account of Xnurta to create an AMC instance.

When you don't have your own AMC account but need to create an AMC instance, you can create the AMC instance under the AMC account of Xnurta.

 

4.  Operation Steps

4.1 Create AMC Instances Under User's AMC Account

4.1.1 Click [Create AMC Instance]

Click on the personal center in the upper right corner to enter the "Authorization Management" interface. In the "AMC Instance Authorization" window, click on [Manage AMC Instance] → [Create AMC Instance]. 

4.1.2 Select an AMC Account to Use

4.1.3 Select AMC Account and Enter AMC Instance Name

After completing AMC account authorization, return to the "AMC Instance Authorization" page and click [Create AMC Instance]. In the popup window, you can select the AMC account you want to use and fill in the instance name and advertiser name. The instance name is required, while the advertiser name is optional. (The advertiser name serves as a nickname for the instance) 

Note: The instance name cannot contain special characters except spaces.

4.1.4 Connect DSP Advertisers and SA Stores

Next, you need to select the DSP advertisers and SA stores to connect to the AMC instance.

First, select the region for the AMC instance. (Because one instance cannot contain DSP advertisers and SA stores from different regions.) Taking North America as an example:

After selecting North America, the search box below will automatically load DSP advertisers and SA stores in the North American region that users have authorized to Xnurta. Advertisers can be selected by checking the boxes.

After confirming the AMC instance information is correct, click the create button. A "Successful" popup indicates successful creation. Generally, creation only takes a few minutes, and the created AMC instance will appear in the AMC instance list after waiting.

4.1.5 Confirm Created AMC Instance

Users can click the "Adding and Removing Advertisers" icon in the operation column to add or remove connected advertisers.

4.2 Create AMC Instance Under the AMC Account of Xnurta

When you don't have your own AMC account but there is a need to create an AMC instance; or when you have your own AMC account but wish to create the AMC instance under the AMC account of Xnurta, it is supported to create the AMC instance under Xnurta' AMC account.

4.2.1 Select an AMC Account to Use

Enter the "AMC Instance Authorization" interface, click "Manage AMC Instance" and select [Create AMC Instance], choose to use the AMC account of Xnurta in the popup.

4.2.2 Fill in AMC Instance name

4.2.3 Connect DSP Advertisers and SA Stores

The operation steps are identical to Use case1, supporting finding DSP advertisers and SA stores to connect through searching or entering ID/name.

4.2.4 Confirm Created AMC Instance

AMC instances created under the AMC account of Xmar can be found in the "AMC Instance Authorization" list.

How long does it typically take to create an AMC instance?

AMC instance creation usually takes only a few minutes. If the creation status remains "In progress" or "Failed" for an extended period, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

 

How long does it typically take to complete advertiser connecting?

Advertiser connecting will be completed within 2 days at the fastest, depending on Amazon's connecting verification efficiency. 2 factors can shorten the connecting completion time: when the number of connected advertisers is 1, or when the client's DSP advertisers and SA stores are already authorized to Xnurta.

 

How many advertisers can be connected to one AMC instance at most at once?

You can submit to connect a maximum of 10 advertisers (DSP advertisers and SA stores) at one time. If there is a need to connect more than 10 advertisers, you will have to wait until the connecting of the 10 advertisers is completed before you can continue to add and connect new advertisers.

 

 

Can I directly connect using SA store MerchantID searched or copied from "Authorization Management"? How should I do it?

 

How do I find EntityID for SA stores of different marketplaces in Amazon Ads console?

Log into Amazon Seller Central , select a marketplace, enter "Campaign Manager" interface, find entityID in the URL, double-click to copy all numbers after "entityID=", which is the SA store entityID.

 

How do I find DSP Advertiser ID in Amazon Ads Console? Here are 2 ways:

a. Log into Amazon Seller Central, select a manager account, enter "Campaign Manager" interface, click "Advertiser" subwindow. In the interface table, find the Advertiser column, the number under DSP advertiser is the corresponding DSP Advertiser ID.

b. Alternatively, right-click on an individual DSP advertiser in Campaign Manager to enter its details page. In the URL above, the number after "advertisers/" is the DSP advertiser ID.
