Instacart ad groups

1. Create an ad group

To create an ad group, go to the Ad groups tab and click Create ad group.

Select a campaign

Before creating the ad group, you must select a campaign.

2. Edit or copy an ad group

Edit an ad group

You can edit an ad group from:

• the Ad groups tab
• the Campaign Details → Ad groups tab

Copy an ad group

You can copy an ad group from:

• the Ad groups tab
• the Campaign Details → Ad groups tab

An ad group can only be copied into a campaign that has:

• the same Format
• the same Bidding strategy as the source ad group’s campaign

The copied ad group name defaults to: original_ad_group_name_copy

3. Ad group details

Clicking an ad group name opens the related Campaign Details page and positions you in the ad group view.

4. Bulk operation

In the Ad groups tab, you can bulk update ad group status after selecting one or more rows.

Supported bulk operation:

• Modify ad group status
  • Pause
  • Enable
