1. Overview
Label Management is a cross-module classification system designed to categorize campaigns, ASINs, and keywords by business dimensions. It enables rapid cross-module filtering and bulk operations.
2. Label Structure & Scope
2.1 Cross-Profile Visibility & Data Isolation
-
Global Sharing: All labels are shared within the current account. You can switch and view labels associated with different profiles via the "Profile selector" in the top right corner.

-
Data Isolation: While labels support cross-profile usage, the campaigns you can associate are strictly bound by your account permissions (i.e., you can only view and associate campaigns you are authorized to manage). ASINs and Keywords are not subject to this limitation.
2.2 Parent-Child Hierarchy & Association Rules
-
Parent label: Can associate objects directly, or create sub-labels underneath.
-
Sub-label: Used to associate specific objects.
-
Hierarchy Constraints:
-
If a parent label already has sub-labels, objects can only be associated with the sub-labels.
-
If a parent label is directly associated with objects, no new sub-labels can be created under it.
-
2.3 Supported Object Types
-
Labels currently support associating three types of objects simultaneously. They are displayed in a unified list and distinguished by the "Object type" column: Keywords, Campaigns, and ASINs.

4. Cross-Module Application Scenarios
Acting as a unified "object pool," labels can be invoked directly across modules within the system:
-
Filter by label: Quickly locate objects via labels in the filter areas of All Sponsored Ads, All Product List, Custom Dashboards, Rule-based Automation, Keywords, Home, and the general filter.

-
Add to label: On list pages such as All Sponsored Ads, Recommended Keywords, Competitor Recommendations, and Smart Creation, select objects to bulk add them to specified labels.

-
Add from label: When selecting targets in Smart Creation or importing keywords to the Keyword List, directly select existing labels to import all objects within them in one click.

5. Daily Operations & Maintenance
5.1 Basic Operations
-
Create label: Click the "Create label" button in the top left corner. Three methods are available

-
Manual Label: Custom name, supports manual selection or rule-based object association.

-
Auto Label: Limited to Campaigns only. Automatically parses and generates sub-labels based on naming conventions, supports scheduled updates.

-
Batch Import: Upload via Excel (supports .xlsx/.xls, ≤20MB, ≤30,000 rows).

-
Single-row operations: Four actions are provided at the end of each row: Edit, Add sub-label, Move (sub-labels only), and Delete.

5.2 Bulk operation
-
After selecting target items in the list, click "Bulk operation". Supported actions:
-
Delete label
-
Move label(bulk move to a different parent label)
-
Remove associated objects (limited to manually associated labels)
-
Export labels and objects (CSV / XLSX format, max 30,000 objects per export)
-

5.3 Bulk Import
Used for creating labels or establishing object associations in bulk.
-
Download and fill template:
-
Fill in strictly according to the template header and formatting rules; do not add, delete, or modify columns.
-
Operation type: "Add" appends objects to existing labels; "Replace" clears all existing labels of the object and applies the newly imported ones.
-
Obtain Profile ID: A Profile ID is required for import.
-
Method 1: Obtain a single Profile ID

-
Method 2: Bulk obtain Profile IDs via
Advanced Reporting -> Scheduled Reports -> Create Report -> Report Type: Profile Report -> Field Setting -> Check [profile ID]
-
View async results: Imports are executed asynchronously. After uploading, go to the
top right corner -> Task Center -> Bulk Tasks -> click [Details]for the specific task to view execution progress and failure reasons
-
Click Task Center

-
Click Details

-
View failure reasonsNote: Object name = (Row number) + Parent label / Sub-label

6. FAQ
Q: Why can't I find a specific label in the list?
A: Check the Profile Selector in the top right corner to ensure the profile bound to that label is selected.
Q: Why does the associated campaign count shown in the label list not match the details?
A: The campaigns displayed in the details are filtered by your account permissions. You can only see campaigns you are authorized to access.
Q: How do I pause the scheduled update of auto labels?
A: Locate the auto label in the list and click the toggle in the "Label" column to disable it. Existing associations remain unaffected. When re-enabled, updates will resume at the next scheduled time according to the original rules.
Q: Will deleting a label pause campaigns or cause historical data loss?
A: No. Deleting a label only removes the mapping between the object and the label. It has absolutely no impact on actual ad delivery, ASIN status, or underlying historical data.
